A former substitute teacher in Charles County was arrested for sexual abuse and solicitation of a minor Thursday.
Police said 22-year-old Noble Miller worked at Henry E. Lackey High School in Indian Head.
According to officers, the incidents may have taken place during the 2016–17 school year.
Miller is being held without bond.
