Gov. Larry Hogan ordered flags be flown at half-staff Thursday in honor of two Harford County sheriff's deputies shot and killed Wednesday.
The deputies, identified as Pat Dailey and Mark Logsdon, were killed in the line of duty while trying to apprehend a suspect who had two warrants for his arrest.
