Fatal motor crash in Frederick County kills Pennsylvania man

A fatal motor crash in Frederick County leaves a 19-year-old man dead. 
State police say troopers responded to Route 75 near Clemsonville Road around 8:02 a.m. Saturday for a crash involving a tractor trailer. 
Investigations revealed the tractor trailer was heading southbound on Route 75, when the vehicle crossed the center yellow line and exited the road on the northbound shoulder. 
The vehicle rolled as it exited the roadway, and struck a telephone pole. 
As a result, a 19-year-old man from Pennsylvania was pronounced dead at the scene.
State police will identify the victim pending family notification.
