Family concerned for missing Washington County man

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is seeking help from the public in locating a missing adult. 

Patrick Flaherty, 31, was reported missing on July 15. Officials said that Flaherty's family expressed concerned for the man's welfare after statements that he made. 

Officials described Flaherty as a white man, 6-feet tall, 300 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He may be driving a silver 2012 Nissan sedan with Pennsylvania plates HWH0655. 

Officials said he could be traveling to Delaware, the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, Montgomery County or Howard County. 

Anyone with information about Flaherty's location is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 240-313-2170.
