Laurel police have charged the estranged wife of a retired FBI special agent in his death.
The department said on Facebook that 62-year-old Anne Reed Allen was arrested Friday. She is charged with first- and second-degree murder in the shooting of 62-year-old Scott Alan Horn.
Detectives say Horn was found dead on March 16 in the yard of his home. Authorities say Horn had major trauma to his upper body.
