This time of the year, it can be tough collecting enough blood for emergencies, according to the American Red Cross.
That's why they've partnered with Dunkin' Donuts for the "Give Blood, Give Hope" campaign during National Blood Donor Month.
Throughout the month of January, anyone who donates blood or platelets at select Red Cross blood drives and donation centers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. will receive a voucher for a free pound of Dunkin' Donuts coffee.
Dunkin' Donuts will kick off the campaign by hosting a Red Cross blood drive Monday, Jan. 4 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 1658 Whitehead Court in Woodlawn.
