Congressman Chris Van Hollen announced an additional $414,912 for dislocated workers in Maryland.
That brings the total to $5.5 million dollars as part of the U.S. Department of Labor Disclosed Worker Grant.
The grant will provide work-based training and career services to dislocated workers.
These grants serve all dislocated workers, with a particular emphasis on long-term unemployed job seekers.
