Some business owners will appear in front of the House of Delegates in support of raising the state's minimum wage to $15 an hour.
They support an increase to $10.10 in July, $11 in 2019 and $1 a year until 2023.
They'll speak today at a noon news conference before the hearing on the measure an hour later.
