Attorneys general discuss cooperation on guns

Attorneys general from Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia got together to talk about ways they can reduce gun violence in the region.

Friday's first-of-its kind meeting in Washington focused on illegal guns and ways the jurisdictions can work together to cut down on gun trafficking.

All three attorneys general are Democrats who support gun control. Brian Frosh of Maryland, Mark Herring of Virginia and Karl Racine of the District spoke to reporters following their meeting.
