The Amber Alert has been cancelled. Jalay has been located. Worcester County Bureau of Investigation is continuing the investigation.

Preliminary Jalay Diggs has been located and is with Delaware Law Enforcement. The case is very fluid and we are sorting out the details.

An AMBER alert was issued for a missing 3-year-old in Worcester County Monday night.
The Worcester County Sheriff's Department believed Jalay Miyah Diggs was abducted by Kayleigh Burton. Police were searching for a gray Lexus SUV with Maryland license plate #1CR3270.
