The Montgomery County animal services officers seized 66 dogs from a Rockville home.
The investigation began Thursday evening when officers responded to the home for a report of a dog bite. While speaking to the homeowner, officers suspected that a number of animals were living inside.
The homeowner was uncooperative and didn't help the officers locate the dog involved in the original bite case. Investigators seized more than 60 dogs.
Some of the dogs seized were in need of medical attention. All are currently being cared for by animal services. An investigation is pending.
