Six cases of hepatitis A in Maryland are linked to strawberries used at Tropical Smoothie Café.
According to health officials the strawberries were imported from Egypt.
Of the six cases five came from locations in Maryland.
The other was found in Virginia.
The World Health Organization says almost everyone fully recovers from the disease.
Symptoms include yellowing of the skin or eyes, fever and nausea.
