A deadly two-car crash caused delays on northbound I-895 at I-95 in Baltimore County Friday morning.
A driver hit the back of a tractor trailer just before 10:30 a.m., and died at the scene.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said the right lane of northbound I-895 has just reopened before the I-95 split; the left lane has also reopened.
Motorists should still expect delays.
