Maryland officials have more than doubled the number of businesses allowed to sell medical marijuana in our state.
12 new dispensaries are on the way, but officials say the supply is still low and you may not be able to buy the products until March.
More than 18,000 people have registered as medical marijuana patients with another 5,000 requests still pending.

There are 22 dispensaries across Maryland that are allowed to open with more than 60 still waiting for approval.
