ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WMAR) - Xfinity is helping flood victims in Howard County by setting up free wi-fi hotspots throughout Ellicott City.
There are hundreds of them around town and anyone can use them, even if they're not an Xfinity customer.
Non-Xfinity customers can renew their complimentary sessions every two hours.
