ELKRIDGE, Md. — An investigation is underway after fire officials responded to a van fire in Elkridge.
On Tuesday, Howard County Fire and Rescue crews responded to the Royal Farms on Route 1 at Montevideo Road.
Flames extended into the contents of the van, which included alcohol-based products and resulted in a running fuel fire.
The fire was able to be controlled with the use of firefighting foam.
Maryland's Department of Environment was called to help with cleanup.
The State Fire Marshall is investigating the cause of the fire.
