ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Residents of Howard County are encouraging residents to participate in a public survey soliciting feedback about the county government’s website.
The goal of the survey is to take the feedback and build a more “effective, efficient, and user-friendly platform,” a statement from Howard County Executive Calvin Ball said. “This survey is all about listening to your ideas and concerns, so we can provide you with better service. I encourage everyone to take two minutes to complete our survey and help us build a website suited to your needs.”
The survey is comprised of six questions, asking how residents currently use the site, and how it could be improved.
