It may only be July, but Santa Claus is making a special appearance in Ellicott City Tuesday.
Santa Claus will be a RegionAle at 5 p.m.
A portion of all sales and donations for the fundraiser benefit 'Zaching Against Cancer', the National Brain Tumor Society, Nationall MS Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Meghan Puls Foundation.
