A prayer vigil will be held Thursday night for the Ellicott City community following the historic floods.
The PrayforEC vigil and prayer service begins at 7 p.m. at Emory United Methodist Church in Historic Ellicott City.
Members of the community invite everyone to join in and show support for those affected by the flood.
