Police seek public's help in search for missing Ellicott City man

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Howard County police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man who was last seen on Monday morning in Ellicott City.

Jason Blake Mabee, 44, was last seen on foot, at around 3 a.m. in the area of College Avenue. Mabee has not returned home to his residence, which is in the Chatham area, and police have confirmed that he has not contacted any family or friends. He also does not have his wallet or cell phone.

Mabee is a white male, who is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs around 200 pounds. He has a shaved head and facial hair. He was last seen wearing black athletic shorts, a gray t-shirt and black socks with no shoes.

His family is concerned for his welfare due to recent health issues, so, if you've seen him, please call 911.
