ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WMAR) — Howard County Police have arrested a man accused of burglarizing two Shell gas stations and stealing lottery tickets that he would cash at other stores.
John Charles Moser Jr., 33, allegedly committed the burglaries on November 21 and December 23.
Before his arrest, police had put out surveillance footage of a man they believe to be Moser breaking into one of the locations and stealing items.
He's charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft, and destruction of property.
A bail hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, followed by a February 11 preliminary hearing.
