A pedestrian was hit and killed on southbound I-95 in Howard County early Monday morning.
The incident happened at 12:43 a.m. near Route 100, and blocked two southbound lanes of I-95. All southbound lanes have since reopened.
The pedestrian has not yet been identified. The driver remained on the scene and immediately called 911, according to Maryland State Police.
