HIGHLAND, Md. — Howard County Police are investigating a fatal collision where a 2004 Nissan Maxima left the roadway and struck a guardrail.
According to police, at around 1 p.m. on Monday, the vehicle was traveling westbound on Route 108 past Hall Shop Road when it left the roadway. The driver Jose Louis Quintero Cruz, 27, of Pikesville, was the only person in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
