Kittleman said next of kin has been notified. Pacylowski had been working on the flood damage to his store for the past six weeks.
Photos on his Facebook page show mud all over his and his family's clothes as they worked.
Kittleman said this is tragic for the people of Ellicott City, and expressed his condolences to the family. He also asked for people to keep the Pacylowski's in their thoughts, and prayers.
His death comes on the same evening a release party was set to take place to fundraise for flood relief to the city.
