Evan Lutz won $100,000 on the television show Shark Tank, giving him a boost to make his dream of selling ugly produce with a purpose a reality.
He had to keep the win for his Hungry Harvest business a secret for months until the episode aired Friday.

"It's been exhilarating. There aren't really words I can say to describe this experience," Lutz said at a watch party after the episode aired. "My phone has literally been buzzing off the hook for the past hour and a half."
Hungry Harvest is a different kind of produce delivery. For every bag of food that's deliver, another serving of food is donated to a family in need. The company preaches healthy, organic eating while reducing food waste and also giving back to the community.
