For the second year in a row the Howard County Public School System has been named the top program in Maryland by Niche.com.
HCPSS received an overall grade of A+ and was ranked No. 1 in the following categories:
- Best School Districts in Maryland
- Districts with the Best Teachers
- Best Places to Teach in Maryland
- Safest School District in the Baltimore Metro
- Best School Districts for Athletes in Maryland
Niche.com scored school districts based on factors including college readiness, graduation rates, state test scores, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, student and parent reviews and expert insights.
