Howard County parents opposed to redistricting are set to reveal their own plan to address school overcrowding in the area.
The group says their community plan emphasizes both short-term and long-term solutions to the issue.
The plan will be released at 6:30 p.m. Monday night at the St. John Baptist Church in Columbia.
