Howard County Fire Department arrived on the scene of a reported house fire in the 9200 block of Soaring Hill Road in Columbia.
Officials say there were two adults and four children in the home at the time of the fire. The family was able to safely get out of the home with their two dogs before crews arrived at the scene.
Investigators are on the scene to determine the cause of the fire.
