Fire crews are on the scene of an incident at a retirement community.
Howard County Fire & EMS say an electrical line was hit causing smoke to form inside Vantage House located in the 5400 block of Vantage Point Road in Columbia.
Residents are currently sheltering in place. There is no word on how the electrical line was struck, and if there have been any injuries.
