COLUMBIA, Md. — He's got the beat! A Howard County Police Officer had some fun while directing traffic outside Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia last night.
Mercier Music was performing outside and the officer started dancing. John Mercier recorded this video and posted it on Instagram.
