Great news about the sunflowers in Jarrettsville. They've sprouted!
That's according to the Sunflowers in Jarrettsville Facebook page.
Clear Meadow Farm just replanted the flowers last week after heavy rains washed away or destroyed its first crop.
The sunflowers are expected to bloom in October and last about two weeks.
