Route 22 in Churchville was shut down due to a barricade situation Tuesday morning.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office said the suspect is in custody. Route 22 is set to reopen.
The incident closed Route 22 between Glenville Road and Route 156/Aldino Road.
Police said there was no immediate threat to the community.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
