Drivers navigating Riviera Drive in Joppa will likely have to adjust their commutes beginning Monday, Dec. 3.
Between Kearney Road and Haslett Road, Riviera Drive will close for approximately three weeks, the Harford County government announced Monday. That section of road will be impassable beginning Dec. 3.
Drivers can follow detour signs or make other arrangements to avoid this stretch of road.
