A one-year-old girl has been located safe. Havre de Grace Police say Addileah Hawley's mother's boyfriend took her over the weekend.
John Hawley brought the girl back Monday and turned himself in. Police arrested him.
A one-year-old girl is missing from the Havre de Grace area and police believe she is in the custody of her mother's boyfriend.
