Passerby finds car on fire inside soybean field in Joppa

Investigators in Harford County are looking for the owner of a Chevrolet that was found on fire in a soybean field. 

The car was found early Monday morning in the field that's adjacent to the 1100 block of Philadelphia Road in Joppa. 

Officials say the car is a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze and is registered to Jade Trupline in Baltimore. 

The estimated damage to the car was $12,000, and it took five firefighters to extinguish the fire. According to reports, the fire started in the passenger glove box.
