ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. — Harford County residents should not be alarmed hearing commotion coming from Aberdeen Proving Ground Wednesday.
The Army installation will conduct daytime testing “producing noise that may be heard outside the installation,” a statement from the facility announced. The operations are not considered hazardous to the surrounding communities. Steps will be taken to mitigate potential problems for the base’s neighbors.
