A man is charged in two armed robberies in Harford County.

Joshua Kazmaier, 20, is charged with armed robbery and assault in the incidents that occurred within 2 hours of each other.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office says on December 21 Kazmaier robbed the 7-Eleven in the 1500 block of Rock Spring Road in Forest Hill. He went in to the store, implied he had a weapon and demanded money. He left the store with cash. This was at 2:48 a.m.

About 2 hours later, a man with a similar description tried to the rob the Redner's Warehouse Market in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road in Joppa.

Deputies say the man entered the store, implied he had a weapon but left when the employees weren't able to open the cash register.

Deputies arrested Kazmaier on Thursday. He is currently at the Harford County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
