BEL AIR, Md. — A heartwarming story this Valentine's Day: how the love of three brothers inspired a fundraiser to help families in need.

"It’ll help a lot of people. Just one box of diapers can go a long way," 10-year-old Gavin Reiley said.

After their youngest brother Dean was born, Vincent and Gavin Reiley saw how much care babies need and just how expensive it can be. After donating Dean's old clothes, they decided they wanted to do more and the 'Hearts for Babies' campaign was born. It's a donation drive held at their Bel Air school during the month of February. They are collecting diapers, clothes, anything babies might need, to share some love during the month of love.

"It could be like a valentine's present to some people," Gavin said. "I just like to put myself in other peoples shoes and see what I could do to help them the most and how I would want to be helped out."

This is the second year and they hope to top last year's collection, which was over 600 articles of clothing, 100 boxes of diapers and over 100 other items, like baby blankets, wipes, hats, and shoes.

The donations will go to United Way and Tabitha's House. You can drop off donations at the Harford Day School through the end of the month.
