Havre de Grace mayor orders blue lights to honor fallen sheriff deputies

Havre de Grace mayor William Martin ordered the city lights blue Friday to honor the life and careers of Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon of the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

Feb. 10 is the one-year anniversary of the fatal shooting of the sheriff deputies while in the line of duty.
