Harford County Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 66-year-old woman.
Police said Estelle Ruth Blume was last seen around 2 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of Pulaski Hwy.
Blume is 5’3 and weighs 115 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a gray V-Neck shirt with strips and blue jeans.
Blume suffers from slight dementia.
