Officials in Harford County say 82 percent of county roads had been cleared as of 5 p.m. Monday.
The announcement came after a massive snowstorm dumped more than 30 inches of snow in some parts of the county over the weekend.
"Many callers to the Harford County hot line have expressed frustration and we do understand. But please know these large scale efforts take time. Plow operators are working very long hours and often drivers are diverted to assist fire and EMS with critical emergencies," a release from the county states.
