Good morning from Moose & the Humane Society of Harford County! Moose is 5 years old and one of many animals looking for a forever home. The shelter's kennels are so full the Humane Society of Harford County is waiving adoption fees on all dogs until further notice. You can see all the adoptable animals at the shelter here.
