Two deputies who lost their lives in the line of duty were honored by fellow law enforcement officers as part of the Police Unity Tour Wednesday morning.
The bike tour stopped at the Harford County Sheriff's Office, Southern Precinct where cyclists placed a wreath at the law enforcement officer's memorial in honor of Deputies Mark Logsdon and Patrick Dailey.
The two deputies were killed during a shootout with a suspect back in January.
Cyclists from the Maryland/Delaware Chapter began their ride in Philadelphia on May 8 and will continue their four-day, 280 mile ride to Washington D.C.
They each ride in honor of a police officer killed in the line of to raise awareness of the sacrifice made by police officers.
In Washington D.C., riders will meet up with 1700 riders at the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to once again honor the officers.
