Emergency crews rescue 2 people that fell through ice on Gunpowder River

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — Harford County and Maryland State Police emergency crews saved two people that fell through the ice Friday afternoon.

Crews responded to Mariner Point Park around 3:37 p.m. in Joppa.

Around 4:15 p.m., both people were rescued and taken out of the water.
