Authorities are investigating how a truck overturned while traveling in Harford County.
On Thursday afternoon, crews responded to Riverside Parkway at the I-95 interchange for an incident involving two vehicles.
Officials say a cement truck was found on it's side, resulting in a leak of fluids, causing only minor injuries.
The scene is still active and under investigation.
