A serious crash caused major traffic delays in Harford County Tuesday morning.
Around 12:40 a.m. two tractor-trailers and a passenger car were involved in an accident after the car had some sort of mechanical difficulties. The crash happened on Southbound I-95 near Route 152 in Joppa.
One tractor-trailer ended up deep in the woods down an embankment and the other was hanging on the side of a guardrail.
There are no injuries reported, but hazmat crews needed to be called to the scene to pump the truck's diesel tanks.
No other information is available at this time.
