CHESTERTOWN, Md. — After waiting four months to cash-in, a million dollar Maryland Lottery winner finally came forward to claim their prize.
The winner knew she'd won big shortly after buying an 'All About Cash' scratch-off ticket at a Chestertown High's Store back in October 2025.
She told lottery officials her plan was to wait until the new year to collect.
The 'All About Cash' scratch-off still has three $1 million top prizes that have yet to be won.
