Cecil County deputies looking for Pennsylvania man last seen in Maryland

CECIL COUNTY, Md. — The Cecil County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing 56-year-old man.

Kevin Dill left his home state of Pennsylvania and proceeded into Wilmington, Delaware and then to Elkton, MD. He was last seen in North East Maryland.

Deputies say Dill is in need of his medication and may be anxious, confused or depressed. Dill was last seen wearing checkered pajama pants and a maroon/slate top. He is carrying a tweed/green backpack and was last seen on Wednesday at about 1130 a.m. at the Flying J Truck Stop in North East Maryland.

Dill may be trying to get rides to an unknown location. He is 56-years-old and is approximately 6’4” and weighs 240 pounds.
