The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for a missing Westminster woman.

Kristin Marie Spurrier, 25, has been missing since Feb. 4.

Sheriff Jim DeWees said Spurrier struggles with addiction, and traveled to Owings Mills to buy drugs the day she went missing. She last spoke with a friend over the phone at 11:20 p.m. and hasn't been seen since.

Surveillance video captured Spurrier at a Sunoco gas station located at 10812 Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.

She's been missing for 16 days and her failure to contact family is considered "highly unusual," Sheriff DeWees said during a press conference.

Spurrier is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. She's believed to be in the Owings Mills area in Baltimore County, and may be driving a grey 2010 Ford Fusion with Maryland registration 8CS8690

Police have released pictures of Spurrier and stock photos of her car and registration plate.

Her family is offering a reward in her disappearance.

Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Corporal Boone of the Carroll Co Sheriff’s Office at 410-386-2930.
