Students at Westminster High School were dismissed at normal time after a bomb threat Wednesday.
The school was evacuated Wednesday afternoon as a “precautionary measure” after a bomb threat was received.
A spokesperson for Carroll County Schools says local police were on the scene.
Students had been moved to Friendship Valley Elementary School and the Career and Technology Center due to the coming storm.
Dismissal at 2:30 p.m. took place as normal at the high school.
School officials are investigating a possible connection with students printing T-shirts of images banned from the school.
